Products they talk about

Apple Watch💬 Mentioned
…smartwatch for continuous heart rate and health data monitoring
“So I have my – this is my Fitbit. This is my Apple Watch. And then I happen to have a company that's called Sensomics. It has two different – this is a new one they have out and then the older one. And so they all measure heart rate, heart rate variability and reasonably accurate, meaning not that far off.”

Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)💬 Mentioned
…wearable glucose monitoring devices for real-time blood glucose tracking
“And certainly when you do strength training, for example, for exercise, you break down glucagon, which is a, you know, it's a polymer of sugar that you break down, gives you energy. And so that would be a normal healthy one, but it's transient. It goes away pretty quickly. What's quickly? Within 30 minutes, maybe most 60 minutes. Now, I'm a special case. I'm a type 2 diabetic. So my spikes go higher and longer than most people. And we've known this partly because of continuous glucose monitors, these devices. And I'm wearing one, and some of your staff I know are wearing them as well. And they're over the counter now.”

Metformin💬 Mentioned
…diabetes medication for blood glucose regulation via insulin sensitivity
“And in terms of muscle mass and a touch in strength as well. I do – again, my hemoglobin A1C isn't too bad. But I don't like losing that much. I'll be honest with you. I thought I looked a little gaunt. So actually I'm now backing off on the Mongero. I don't do it every week like you're supposed to. I'm on the lowest though. So I'm a great responder there. And by the way, when you get in these drug responses, it turns out I'm metformin, non-responder. I did try that early on.”
