Bianco Di Napoliπ Recommends
β¦discussing why restaurants use bulk canned tomatoes instead of retail sizes
βThey use, they use the Bianco Di Napoli. The, uh, like the, the grocery store cans, which is, I use Bianco Di Napoli at my restaurants because they're super nice, but we buy the 10 cans, the over 10 cans, the big cans, because you would open a trillion cans of tomatoes a day.β

Country Crockπ Recommends
β¦reminiscing about childhood snacks made by irish grandmother
βBut like graham cracker and she would smear it with country crock. What? Like a thick, fat layer of country crock. Are you serious? Yeah, like this is going to explain to you a lot about me. I would just like literally like lick the country crock off it and like ask her to like, you know, load it up again.β

Diamond Crystal Kosher Saltπ Recommends
β¦bringing quality salt and kitchen equipment when visiting a vacation lake house
βAnd it was only three things. You have trust issues, Joe. Only three things. I brought those three things. I obviously brought a box of salt. Wait, wait. Okay. A plancha? A plancha? A knife? Mm-hmm. Did you bring the late crusade? Didn't bring the late crusade this year. Okay. It wasn't necessary. And then I brought like, you know, the like proper like plancha spatula, like the long one with the perforated holes in it. I went and get the diamond kosher crystal salt and, you know, so I can make dinner. So I can make it nice.β

β¦packing kitchen equipment to bring on vacation to a lake house
βLike years before I brought like the big Le Creuset. Like the really big one. Like a 12 quart 24? Yeah. Yeah. Like an oval 12 quart. Oh, wow. Le Creuset. Because like you're going, nobody has that. You can pack stuff into it. So it's not like it's just taking space in the car.β

Tony Chachere'sπ Recommends
β¦discussing the oldest items in their kitchen pantries and spices
βI have a shaker of Tony Chachere's that I think I've had since I lived in like my apartment like before I was married. I think this thing is like 15 years old. And it's still good. But I'm like can't get rid of the Tony Chachere's. Because I lived with this guy in Georgia in high school and he always had the Tony Chachere's.β
