The general take
Rafael Gonzalez is a believer in omega-3 supplements, but emphasizes that quality matters—many are rancid and cause digestive issues. He personally uses a specific brand he trusts that doesn't have those problems, suggesting people should be selective rather than assuming all omega-3s are worth taking.

Rafael Gonzalez👍 Recommends
…recommending omega-3 supplementation with caution about product quality
“Some people don't like it, but if you can get a good omega-3, I'm all about taking omegas and you have to be careful. A lot of them are rancid. I use a specific brand that, that I like that I know is not rancid. It doesn't cause any gut issues. If you're taking something and you're burping it up, you shouldn't be taking it.”
