The Good Gut👍 Recommends
…book about gut microbiome research for general audience accessibility
“Yeah, so Erica, my wife, and I wrote a book called The Good Gut. And that really was a response to how we were changing our lives in response to being in the field, being very familiar with the research, seeing that a lot of our friends that weren't studying the gut microbiome, but were very well-informed, many of them scientists, were not doing the same things we were doing. And it was very clear that it was just the lack of information funneling out of the field to other people. And so we wanted to make that accessible to people who are not microbiome scientists.”
