Food Joe Flam recommends

Joe Flamm is a Chicago-based chef and restaurateur best known as the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef season 15 and a veteran of several Michelin-starred kitchens. He is the chef/owner of Day Off Group, overseeing Chicago restaurants including Rose Mary, il Carciofo, Bar Tutto, and BLVD Steakhouse. Flamm is also the co-host of the culinary podcast The Chef’s Cut alongside fellow Top Chef alum Adrienne Cheatham.
