And for anybody out there who's on benzos, a great alternative is Vistaril, which is like the prescription version of Benadryl. Now you got to be careful with the Vistaril because if you take it too often, then it'll, you know, just like Benadryl, it'll raise your blood pressure. But I was able to get off of Xanax and then Klonopin with Vistaril.”
