Andy Samberg is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and musician best known for his tenure on Saturday Night Live and as a member of the comedy music group The Lonely Island. He gained further acclaim starring as Detective Jake Peralta on the television series Brooklyn Nine-Nine, for which he won a Golden Globe Award, and continues to work across film, television, and voice acting.
